Jules Clarke, a disabled man from Manchester, has reported that he was forcibly removed from a Tesco store after security guards wrongly assumed he was drunk.
The incident occurred after Mr Clarke accidentally dropped a bottle of wine he was about to buy at the till, at which point he says he was physically ejected from the shop.
After speaking to the duty manager he was allowed to re-enter and make his purchase.
Without knowing the details of Mr Clarke's disability it is clear that he suffers from severe fatigue, which in this instance was mistakenly identified as drunkeness.
