Eden Hazard, the Lille playmaker who has been the subject of much transfer speculation in recent months, appears to have moved to Chelsea.

Hazard was the subject of a bid from Real Madrid in the summer and Arsenal have also shown a keen interest however the Belgian decided to stay because he wanted a season of Champions league football with the French side. It now appears Hazard expects an agreement to be reached with Chelsea for his transfer this week with his personal terms close to completion.

The fee is expected to be around €28 million.
