Hidden camera shows are meant to be fun, unfortunately they can sometimes go wrong or really really wrong like this Egyptian hidden camera show which may have gone to far with an extreme example of a practical joke.

Egypt's Al-Nahar satellite TV network recently started broadcasting a new show during which celebrities are being pranked.

The concept is simple. Guests are invited thinking they are taking part in a 'German TV show'. Once on air, the guest is "accidentally" told by a viewer who came on the show that they are actually live on an 'Israeli show'.

Reactions vary from uneasiness to panic. However in one of the recent episodes, the joke reached a whole new level when Egyptian artist Ayman Kandeel hit the 'producer' and slapped the female 'presenter' after finding out he was on 'an Israeli show.'
