One of the reported victims in the Aurora, Colorado shooting this morning was Jessica Ghawi, an aspiring sportscaster. Ms Ghawi, who tweeted under the Twitter handle Jessica Redfield, had also witnessed the mass shootings at a Toronto mall last month.
She was described as an "aspiring NHL broadcaster". Last night she sent a series of tweets about her planned attendance at the Dark Knight Rises premiere which turned out to be fatal for her.

She wrote about her experience of the Eaton Mall shootings in Toronto on her blog including this chilling account:
I can’t get this odd feeling out of my chest. This empty, almost sickening feeling won’t go away. I noticed this feeling when I was in the Eaton Center in Toronto just seconds before someone opened fire in the food court. An odd feeling which led me to go outside and unknowingly out of harm‘s way. It’s hard for me to wrap my mind around how a weird feeling saved me from being in the middle of a deadly shooting.
