It has been reported that a shooting took place outside a Halloween party at the University of Southern California.
The incident happened at around 11.45pm (local time) as dozens of people queued outside the full-to-capacity party in the university's Tutor Campus Center.
Eye-witnesses reported hearing four-five gunshots, and it is thought there are at four victims including a 17-year-old-male shot in shoulder, and a 20-year-old male shot on the run.
LAPD have said that one victim is in a critical condition, with the other three sustaining less serious wounds.
Images from the scene show two men arrested, however it is unconfirmed whether they are the gunmen, or otherwise involved. However LAPD have stated that the gunman is in custody.
Police confirmed that neither of the victims, nor the suspected gunman was a student at the university.
In a statement, USC said: There is a suspect in custody. An ongoing police investigation continues at the Tutor Campus Center on the University Park campus. Stay away from the area.
A reporter at the scene has confirmed that: 'Accd to DPS, only one suspect fired shots with one intended victim, 3 unintended victims, they did not sustain life-threat injuries.' [sic]
