Syria: Four young family members killed in Rastan

Four children from the same family have been killed on Tuesday in the regime's violent shelling of Rastan, a Syrian town north of Homs.

A 70-year-old woman, who is also a family member, died along the four children. The victims were identified as Isra-Ashtar, Moses Ashtar, Abdul Aziz Ashtar, Adiba Ashtar, and 70-year-old Adiba Ashtar. 

Meanwhile, the regime has continued its assault on Aleppo. Speaking to the Guardian a resident from the disputed Saleh el Dine district said that 60% of the neigbourhood have now been destroyed and that the water and power have been cut off.

Khalid Al-Halbi also insisted on the number of wounded who could not be treated due to the lack of medical supplies. 

Videos shared by activists also showed rebels clashing with Syrian troops in Kafarandel in Idlib province. 

According to the Local Coordination Committees, at least 115 people have died in Syria on Tuesday including 6 women and 12 children.
