Police arrested a man who refused a parking ticket and drove his Ferrari over a police officers foot in New York City.

Amateur footage shows the mans Ferrari 458 Spider receiving a ticket when the owner of the car appeared and got in it. As the owner refused to accept the ticket, he slowly started moving the car despite the officer telling him to stop. The driver apparently ran over the officers foot although according to the citizen journalist, witnesses say this may not have actually happened.

The police officer reacted, slammed his hand into the drivers window and proceed to open the door and pulled the driver out forcefully.The driver was then thrown on the ground and handcuffed and arrested.
