George Michael Cancels Gig in Cardiff

[title]

George Michael has cancelled the two Cardiff gigs due to his illness.

The English singer was expected to perform at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena next Saturday and Sunday. The concerts were cancelled after a penumonia forced him to be hospitlized. The lung infection is being treated at Vienna’s AKH hospital.

The performance scheduled on November 26-27 would have been part of George Michael Symphonica Tour. Started in August in Prague, it will end in May next year, in London. The date was rischeduled since the singer was unable to perform at the Royal Albert Hall this week.

VIP tickets for the Saturday exhibtion are sold out. A statement on George Michael official website states Cardiff dates will be rescheduled.

This is the second time in a month Michael has to cancel some dates because of illness. In October he cancelled another performance at the Royal Albert Hall due to a viral infection and high temperature.
