Tony Singh, an Edinburgh celebrity chef, has created a Braille cookbook with the help of the city's Royal Blind School.
Mr Singh owns the restaurant Oloroso in Edinburgh, and has appeared on Ready Steady Cook. The book contains recipes such as haggis pakora and blood bay scallops, and has been produced as part of the celebrations for National Braille Week.
The book will raise money for Royal Blind, a charity which has helped blind and visually impaired people for more than 200 years.
