– Ivanka Trump has made a name for herself in the fashion world from modelling and the launch of her high-end jewellery line. Yesterday the 30 year-old businesswoman, socialite and heiress launched her ready-to-wear collection for Spring 2012 in New York.
Lord & Taylor hosted the invite-only presentation with a guest list that included some of the fashion industry's biggest names Fern Mallis, InStyle's Hal Rubenstein and Elle's Joe Zee, topped up famous dad Donald Trump and mum Ivana (even though they have been divorced for a while), and brothers Eric and Don Jr who turned up to support her.
It is reported that shoppers will receive a signed fashion sketch with any sportswear, shoes, handbag, jewellery or outerwear purchase, and 10 percent of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign.
