Giving her first public speech as a royal, the Duchess of Cambridge looked confident as she paid tribute to staff and volunteers' efforts in helping children with life-threatening conditions at the Treehouse Centre in Ipswich, East Anglia.
The dress is said to be the same one her mother wore at Ascot in 2010.
