Finsbury Park closed due to flooding

Part of Finsbury Park tube station is closed this morning due to flooding.

As a result the Victoria line is not stopping southbound, and the Piccadilly line is not stopping eastbound.

Reports on Twitter suggest that the entrance is flooded due to the heavy rainfall. Also closed today, is the west concourse of the new Stratford International station. In Stratford leaks have caused the severe flooding.

Such breakdowns are causing concern for commuters just three months ahead of the London Olympics, which will put immense pressure on London's transport system.
