Musician denies ownership of dog that mauled 5 police officers

25-year-old musician Symieon Robinson Pierre, has today denied owning the dog that attacked five police officers in Albert Square, in Stratford east London, on Thursday 22 March 2012.

The pit-bull named 'Poison' attacked the officers during a pre-planned raid on Pierre's home. PC Martin Corderoy, PC Lee Bush, PC Marc Merrit, PC Steve Bones and PC Paul Garrard were wounded in the attack, four of whom sustained serious injuries to their arms and legs.

‘Poison’ was shot dead at the scene by police marksmen.
