Harry Redknapp and Milan Mandaric have been found not guilty by a jury at Southwark Crown Court in relation to charges of tax evasion.

Both Redknapp and Mandaric were cleared on all counts by a jury as their decision was announced shortly after 11:30am.

As the verdicts were announced, both men hugged after denying all allegations against them throughout their case.

It is reported that the investigation has cost around £8million which has failed in any conviction being made.

Talking to reporters outside Southwark Crown Court Redknapp spoke of how this case had been a "nightmare" for him and wanted to thank Tottenham Hotpsur and in particular the fans for the support he has received in recent weeks, most notably during Tottenham's home match against Wigan last week describing the fans' support of him as 'the most moving of his life'.
