Trial date set for two men accused of Boxing Day Oxford Street killing

Jermaine Joseph, 23, and Thulani Khumalo, 20, both from Haringey, north London appeared at the Old Bailey via videolink today in the first hearing in the trial of the fatal stabbing of Seydou Diarrassouba on Boxing Day in front of shoppers on busy Oxford Street.

Seydou Diarrassouba, 18, from south-west London, was stabbed during a fight which broke out in the Foot Locker store close to Bond Street. He collapsed after being knifed in the heart during the stabbing at around 1.45pm.

The trial date has been set for October 15.
