Twenty one people were sent to hospital after a chemical spill in Livingston. The incident occurred at the Palletways early on Tuesday morning. Emergency services were called to the scene which occurred inside and outside a business in Simpson Parkway. The building was evacuated and 21 people were sent to hospital. The road is currently cordoned off whilst crews clear up the area.
