Police have confirmed that two people have been arrested after a 16-year-old girl died last night in a house in the Tang Hall area of York.

The teenage girl was found in the property at around 12.30 last night and died later in hospital.

Police have also confirmed that a 21-year-old is also in hospital following the incident this morning.
