I blame the Parents

Well that was a lively week!

By the time you read this, we will know if a Government Minister is to be charged with perverting the course of justice by getting his wife to take the rap for his speeding on the M11, we saw Cameron effectively cave in to Europe after spouting his usual nonsense that he wouldn't, a banker stripped of a pointless title (whilst various Lords of the Realm can still pass laws we have to live under, even after doing porridge themselves), Greece is still in flames, Ed Milibands brother stabbed him in the back and the BBC/Pravda showed that they have new masters by running a rather interesting little piece on the benefit scrounging family from North Wales.

Now of course, none of us are naive enough to think that just as the battle of the unelected House of Lords and the Government kicks off over whether our veritable army of dole spongers should be limited to a mere £26,000 a year in handouts was going to settled in private. This is far too important for that, they're actually going to have to get the public on side for this one - for a change.

Where do I start? Regular readers must be getting sick of my one man crusade against "entitlement", the culture of the victim, so beloved by the last Government (as long as you voted for them) but it is a beast that needs to be slain. The expectation that someone else will pay the bills for your lifestyle choices is inherent from the very top to the very bottom of society. From "air miles" Andy of Windsor to the one woman sprog machine in a council flat, from greedy CEO's to spoiled brat footballers, everybody is on the make - at OUR expense.

I'm campaigning for a new model. You can't claim benefits if you weigh over 14 stone. Child benefit is limited to two children. You don't get tax credits, you simply don't get taxed - and if you have a job, you can't have housing benefit at all. Brutal? You bet. But for the few remaining taxpayers amongst us, consider this. You will not be free of paying for others until July. After that, whatever you earn, you may keep. Until then, all through the winter, spring and early summer, you are forced to pay for others - by the "benevolent State".

It's not just Job Seekers allowance. Don't be fooled by the Grauniad telling you how hard it is to get by on £65 a week. You and I are also paying for the light, heat, roof, council tax, school meals, education, NHS AND pension contributions of track suit clad wastrels bleating that they haven't been able to find work since 1973 because they break out in a rash if they get out of bed before noon. And frankly, there are no longer enough of us working to pay for it all. We are borrowing money to pay the bills of people who will never pay it back. That debt will be handed on to our kids, who will then have to borrow more to put the millions out there who have never contributed a penny into old age homes.

We HAVE to clear the decks. The Institute of Fiscal Studies has warned that 88% of cuts have yet to be introduced. Whilst the the feckless bleat on about only being able to afford supermarket own brand lager whilst on benefits, we haven't even plugged the fan in yet and the treasury still has constipation. It is going to get very lively indeed when millions have their Sky Movies taken away, can no longer give iPhones to their 7 children and are moved out of Knightsbridge because you and I can no longer afford the council rent on their penthouses.

In summary, barricade the front door. Millions of 13 year olds, brought up by Socialists to believe they are owed everything you have and demand it with menaces are about to be put firmly on the naughty step. Better late than never.
