– "Arthur" star Russell Brand couldn't talk his way out of a traffic ticket in West Hollywood, CA, USA.
Brand made an illegal left turn out of a parking lot after his AA meeting... right in front of a police officer on a bicycle! Brand tried to play coy about the infraction, but the officer wasn't letting him go with a warning. Brand's troubles with the law continue... Just a month ago he was arrested in New Orleans for allegedly grabbing a photographers cell phone and smashing it.
