Bristol Hooters facing Council probe after 'boob cake' for 12-year-old

Hooters are in hot water with Bristol City Council after reportedly serving up a birthday cake for a 12-year-old's party resembling a pair of naked breasts.

The cake, complete with iced nipples, was allegedly presented to the boy after a family birthday party at the Harbourside establishment.

Campaigners are up in arms over the incident who believe Hooters have acted inappropriately and against their "family friendly" nature which they claim to adhere to.

Bristol City Council are now carrying out an inquiry into whether they breached the conditions of their license although it is currently unknown whether the family provided the cake or if it was supplied by the sports bar.

An online petition against the cake has gathered some high profile interest, most notably that of Jonathan Ross and David Mitchell.

Ross said; "When I was young and stupid I'd probably have thought it was fun. Glad I've grown up!".
