Guy Clapperton is the author of "This Is Social Commerce" and "This Is Social Media". He has spoken on social media to audiences in seven countries including the UK over the last 12 months. He appears on the BBC News Channel as a commentator and also writes for most of the national press - in the last few months you may have seen him in the Guardian and Times, and he's contributed previously to the Telegraph, Financial Times and Independent. He became a journalist writing about technology full time in 1989 and gets quite upset that he can remember when you had to use a computer without a mouse.
