A 28-year-old man was arrested for the fourth time in the past two years for having sex with a teddy bear in public, several media have reported.

Charles Marshall received a citation for disorderly conduct on Wednesday for masturbating with the stuffed animal in an alley in Cincinnati, Ohio. Employees at a health clinic nearby alerted the police when they saw him engaging in a sex act.

The 28-year-old was arrested for the first time in February 2010 after he was spotted pleasuring himself in the men's bathroom of a public library.

He was again arrested in November 2010 and August 2011 for “masturbating w/a stuffed animal (teddy bear)” and “masturbating using a teddy bear in a public place where minors were likely to be present.”

The past three times Marshall was condemned to short prison sentences and small fines for engaging in public indecency with a teddy bear.
